Offer bulk operation to delete and to restore configuration objects in the trash

Current Situation

The trash in the configuration view offers the option to restore deleted objects. In a list of deleted objects a bulk operation is available for

• Delploy
• Remove
• Revert Draft

Desired behavior

The list of deleted objects should provide the bulk operations

• Restore
• Delete

The current available bulk operations should be removed.
