Description
The Monitor Service considers two URLs used with the JS7 Notification interface:
- The URL by which JOC Cockpit is available
- This value can be changed in the Dashboard view, action "Update URL".
- The new value is only available in the JS7 Notification Interface after a JOC Cockpit restart has been performed.
- The URL to access JOC Cockpit by a proxy
- This value can be changed in the Settings view, section joc - entry joc_reverse_proxy_url
- The new value is available in the JS7 Notification Interface about 1 minute after the change.
- The value joc_reverse_proxy_url is not available in the JS7 Notification Interface if a JOC Cockpit restart has been performed.
Desired Behaviour
- The JOC URLs should be available in the Notification Interface without restarting and should not be lost when restarting.
Test instructions
- Configure a MailFragment
- customize the email message to additionally use the reverse proxy variables
- see Common JOC Cockpit Variables
- see Order Notification JOC Cockpit Variables
- JOC_REVERSE_PROXY_HREF_JOB etc.
- customize the email message to additionally use the reverse proxy variables
- Configure a CommandFragment
- Use a “set” command on Windows, for example, to get all environment variables
- Test the Notification and SystemNotification
- Note: In the SystemNotification interface, the variables JOC_REVERSE_PROXY_HREF{_}... are not available – use Common JOC Cockpit Variables instead
- Test if the values are populated and available without restarting JOC Cocpit and if they not lost after restart
