Tag name in some objects/instructions shows a list of workflow tags instead of order tags

Current Situation:

• The tag name in the file order source object shows a list of workflow tags instead of order tags when a new tag button is clicked.
• The tag name in the properties of the AddOrder instruction shows a list of workflow tags instead of order tags when a new tag button is clicked.

Desired Behaviour:

• The Tag name in the file order source should display a list of order tags when a new tag button is clicked.
• The Tag name in the properties of the AddOrder instruction should display a list of order tags when a new tag button is clicked.
