    Description

      Current Situation

      • The Monitor view for Agent Availability shows wrong information.
      • Display depends on information in the database table history_agents. In case that the Controller is not able to couple to the Agent then the information is updated in table column COUPLING_FAILED_MESSAGE. If the Agent becomes available again after some time, then the information is not updated in the database.
      • Due to this behavior the Agent Availability view shows wrong information. Updated events are not sent by the Web Service for Agent availability. In this situation Agent availability is displayed as 0%.

      Desired Behavior

      • The Monitor view for Agent Availability should display correct information. The related Web Service should receive updated events from the Controller regarding Agent availability.
