Deployment API works without a CA Certificate

    Description

      Current Situation

      A CA Certificate from the Signature Key Management is used

      • to validate a CA-signed Certificate if present,
      • to determine the Controller API's method when sending signed objects for deployment.

      Desired Behavior

      The deployment API is updated to feed the Controller API from the issuer extracted from the user's Signing Certificate.

      Therefore, use of the CA Certificate is dropped.
