Menu background color should adjust to active cluster state

Current Situation

• In case of switch-over when the current JOC Cockpit instance switches from the standby state to the active state, the GUI does not reflect the change or reflects the change at a late point in time.
• Consider attached screeenshot that displays the currently connected JOC Cockpit to be active. At the same time the menu background color still is fading to grey which indicates the standby state.

Desired Behavior

• If the cluster state switches, for example from standby to active, then this should be immediately reflected with the menu background color (in line with the active JOC Cockpit being displayed in the Dashboard view).
