Clicking the default value of a workflow variable should not create a draft workflow

Current Situation

• JOC-1788 introduces the feature to detect modifications to a workflow that require related schedules to be put in draft mode.
• This feature introduces a bug that puts a workflow in draft mode when clicking the input field for a workflow variable's default value.

Desired Behavior
A workflow should be put in draft mode only if the default value of a workflow variable is modified. Clicking the default value's input field should not create a new draft of the workflow.
