"filter results" operation should support tags

Current Situation

• With releases 2.7.0 and 2.7.1 tags for workflows and orders have been introduced.
• A number of views (Workflows, Daily Plan, History, Orders Overview) support the "filter results" input field to limit display of items. The filter works for item names and paths, it does not filter items by tags.

Desired Behavior

• The "filter results" operation should filter items by matching tag names.
• This applies to workflows tags and order tags.
