/inventory/import API should set the timestamp for modified tags

    Description

      Current Situation

      Currently the /inventory/import API is broken if the archive contains tags. The modified column is missing for new tags, therefore new tags cannot be imported.

      Desired Behavior

      The modified column has to be set when importing tags.
