It should be possible to create workflow tags from the "Manage Tags" of the Inventory section

Current Situation

• It is not possible to create workflow tags while using the "+New Tag" icon from the Configuration -> Inventory -> Workflows Tags ->Manage Tags View. The following error is raised:

  com.sos.schema.exception.SOSJsonSchemaException: $.folders[0].folder: is missing but it is required

Desired Behavior

• The" +New Tag" icon in the Configuration -> Inventory -> Workflows Tags ->Manage Tags, should not show an Exception.
