File Order Source should be valid after adding file variable to workflow

Current Situation

• Create workflow W1 without defining variable file
• Create file order source FS1
• Assign W1 to FS1
• FS1 becomes invalid as W1 does not declare variable file
• Open W1 and declare variable file
• Open FS1
• FS1 is shown as valid in the configuration view
• FS1 is show as invalid in the Object tree.
• Deploy FS1
• An error message is shown: "fileordersource is neither valid nor already deployed:"

Desired Behavior

When adding the file variable to a workflow that is assigned to a file order source, the file order source should be valid and deployable.
