Support rename operation for deployed objects

Current Situation

• If a Notice Board is deployed and later on should be renamed then this raises an error during deployment, see rename-notice-board.png.

Desired Behavior

• When a Notice Board is renamed then all related workflows should be put in draft mode and should be updated to reference the modified Notice Board name.
• When a changed Notice Board is deployed then a popup window should display affected workflows and should indicate the deployed/draft status of workflows. When deploying the Notice Board then both Notice Boards and Workflows available from a draft have to be deployed.
