Order summary in Workflows view should consider change of Order Filter

Current Situation

• The Workflows view offers a summary of orders states, see screenshot.
• The summary information is based on the Order Filter "today".
• If the user changes the Order Filter, for example to "all", then the order summary does not reflect the larger number of orders.
• If the user changes the Order Filter, navigates to another page and returns to the Workflows view then the changed Order Filter is applied.

Desired Behavior

• When an Order Filter is changed then the summary information of order states should consider all orders in scope of the Order Filter and should display matching numbers.
• This should work immediately on change of Order Filter.
