Offer dashboard widget for workflow deployment status

Current Situation

• Users can suspend workflows to delay execution of orders.
• To make suspended workflows visible, users have to select all folders in the Workflows view and to apply the "Suspended" filter button.
• Users would prefer to find the information about suspended orders from the dashboard.

Desired Behavior

• There are 4 status for workflows: draft, deployed, outstanding and suspended.
• The Dashbard should be added an optional widget that displays the status and number of related workflows (similarly to the Daily Plan widget in the Dashboard) using the colors: light orange: draft; blue: deployed; violet: outstanding; orange: suspended
