Adding ad hoc orders from schedules should copy the order name

Current Situation

• Assume a schedule to be configured using some "Order Name".
• When adding an ad hoc order users can select the parameterization from the related schedule. The operration will copy variables from schedules, but will not copy the "Order Name"

Desired Behavior

• The "Order Name" should be copied from the when adding od hoc orders using the parameterizatin from a schedule that holds an "Order Name".
• The "Order Name" is copied only if we find an empty, related input field in the popup window to add an order.
