Offer Agent assignment from Encryption Key Management

Current Situation

• The Mange Encryption Keys page offers to centrally manage Certificates which are made available by Job Resources.
• Assignment of Certificates to Agents is performed in the Manage Controllers/Agents page.
• This requires users to switch page in order to assign Certificates to Agents.

Desired Behavior

• The Mange Encryption Key page offers to directly assign Certificates to Agents.
• The Add Certificate and Update Certificate operations display a popup window that offers the "Assign Agents" link. When clicking the link users find the list of Standalone Agents and Subagents of any Agent Clusters.
  • Users can select one or more entries from the list to assign the Certificate the related Agent.
  • This corresponds to the operation to assign a Certificate an Agent which is available from the Manage Controller/Agents view.
