GIT Update from repository should refresh the list of workflows

Current Situation

A folder F1 is cloned from Git.
S1 is a subfolder in F1
W1 is a workflow in S1

When removing W1 the list of workflows no longer shows W1
When executing "Update from Repository" for S1" W1 is shown in the list of workflows.
When removing W1 the list of workflows no longer shows W1
When executing "Update from Repository" for F1" W1 is NOT shown in the list of workflows.
After switching the view W1 is visible.

Desired Behavior

W1 should be visible when executing "Update from Repository" for F1. This can be achieved by setting the recursive flag when calling the api inventory/read/folder
