Extend job criticality levels

Current Situation

• The criticality attribute of a job knows two items: normal and critical.
• Users tend to know more criticality levels.

Desired Behavior

• Criticality levels are extended in the following ascending order:
  • minor
  • normal
  • major
  • critical
• The ordering of criticality levels is considered by the GUI when assigning the criticality to a job.
