Providing an API for restarting the Controller Proxies

    Description

      Current Situation

      A restart of the Controller Proxies is only possible implicitly when restarting JOC Cockpit.

      Desired Behavior

      • A function in the action menu of a JOC Cockpit instance in the Dashboard view is added that restarts the Proxy instances for all registered Controllers.
      • Controller Proxies are automatically restarted in case of fail-over and switch-over.
