Make documentation links available from monitor variables for notifications

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit offers JS7 - User Documetation for workflows, jobs and schedules.
• The documentation is available from JOC Cockpit.
• Users would like to find the documentation or related links with JS7 notifications.

Desired Behavior

• Notifications offer the following new monitor variables:
  • MON_DOC_WORKFLOW=<link-to-documentation>
  • MON_DOC_JOB=<link-to-documentation>
  • MON_DOC_SCHEDULE=<link-to-documentation>
• Monitor variables are provided with empty values in case that the related documentation does not exist.
