Resuming orders results in loss of parameter changes

Current Situation

• An order is suspended. The user selects the function "resume order parameterized" to modify a parameter value and the order continues to run.
• If during the resumption the order is suspended once again, then the changes to parameters are lost (they might not have been applied or they might have been reverted).

Desired Behavior

• Throughout an order run (that could be suspended/continued a number of times) changes to parameters should be maintained.
• This applies particularly to parameter changes by use of the "resume order parameterized" function.
