Modify wording and color of order step history state

Current Situation

• The Order History in the Workflows view and History view displays the Order Step History State "running" (in green color) in parallel to the Order History Status "in progress" (in blue color).
• The Order Step History State "running" indicates that the order currently is processed by some workflow instruction, for example by a Job Instruction, Cycle Instruction, Retry Instruction etc.
• This can be considered confusing as the the wording and green color of the Order Step History State is similarly used for jobs.

Desired Behavior

• The Order Step History State should use
  • the wording "processing"
  • a light green color
