JOC Cockpit should display a flag if errors occur

Feature

• The JOC Cockpit should report errors and warnings from the following sources:
  • The JOC Cockpit's joc.log file. This includes to report errors raised by JOC Cockpit services such as the Daily Plan Service.
• Notifications can be configured for use with command line, mail and JMS integration. 
  • A number of variables is made available that can be used to notify about component errors and warnings.
• The JOC Cockpit main menu is added two flags
  • to indicate errors and warnings related to scheduling objects such as workflows and orders,
  • to signal warnings from a yellow color and errors from a red color.
  • When the user clicks the respective flag then
    • the last 10 errors and warnings are displayed.
    • the flag is displayed in white color.
