Workflow editor should add spaces if a number of Notice Boards are referenced

Current Situation: 

Related to feature JOC-1641, when adding multiple Notice Boards to an ExpectNotices Instruction or ConsumeNotices Instruction using AND or OR Boolean operators, then the Workflows view displays the  Notice Boards along with their respective Boolean operators. However, when posting a notice, an error occurs:

"ProblemException: InvalidName: The name of the BoardPath type contains invalid characters or character combinations: &&'nb22'"

Desired Behavior:

When adding multiple Notice Boards to an ExpectNotices Instruction or ConsumeNotices Instruction using AND or OR Boolean operators, then the Workflow Editor in the Configuration view should add spaces between Notice Board names and Boolean operators. The Workflow Editor should validate user input to comply with expression syntax.
