Allow orders to specify the StickySubagent instruction as start position

Current Behaviour:

• While adding the ad hoc orders, JS7 offers the functionaliy to select the particular position in a workflow where the order should be added to start the execution of the workflow from there.

• In the case of the StickySubagent block instruction, we are not able to select the Block position or to specify the particular start positions inside the StickySubagent block instruction for the workflow where order should be added to start the workflow execution from there.

Desired Behaviour:

• While using the StickySubagent instruction, one should be able to select the Block position or to specify the particular start positions in the workflow to where order should be added to start the workflow execution from there.
