Allow orders to stick to the original Daily Plan date when modifying the order's start time

Feature

• With JOC-1763 the "let run" operation is introduced
  • The new behavior from the “let run” operation includes that the order remains assigned its original Daily Plan date though it is executed at an earlier date/time. This means that the order will not consider Notices of an earlier Daily Plan date but Notices of its original Daily Plan date if the “let run” operation causes a start before begin of the assigned Daily Plan.
  • Users who wish to modify an order's assignment to the Daily Plan date and to Notices matching the order's effective start date can use the "modify start time" operation from the Daily Plan view with the “Now” option.

• The similar implication for the Daily Plan should be offered when applying the "modify start time" operation:
  • The existing popup window offers to start "Now", "Relative to start time", "Relative to current time". All 3 options change the orders assignment to the Daily Plan date.
  • A checkbox "Stick to Daily Plan date" should be added that allows to modify the behavior of the above 3 options and to have the orders stick to their original Daily Plan date. This implies that the same behavior as for the "let run" operations is available if the user will choose this option.

• Users will have to confirm the operation to have orders stick to their original Daily Plan date. Consider the fact that by error a user could modify orders planned for two weeks ahead to be executed today. As such orders would consider Notices that will be created two weeks later the result of the operation might be undesired. Therefore, if the checkbox to "Stick to Daily Plan date" is checked then a popup window will require additional confirmation by the user.
