Unwanted display of "[Object]" instead of expected values when adding orders

Current Behavior:

In the Workflows view, when an order is added, users select from a list of values using list entry mode. Selecting a value works correctly when adding an order for the first time. However, upon adding an order once again, an unwanted behavior occurs. Instead of displaying the expected values, it shows "[Object]".

Desired Behavior:

The values should be displayed correctly when adding an order.
