Current Situation

JOC Cockpit and JITL Jobs make use of Hibernate branch 5.6 that offers limited support, see https://hibernate.org/orm/releases/

Desired Behavior

JOC Cockpit and JITL Jobs should use Hibernate 6.4

Maintainer Note

The upgrade of Hibernate also implies an upgrade of jaxb
