Option OIDC Implicit Flow should be stored correctly

Current Situation

The option for the Flow Type can be set to Implicit Flow.
This will be stored as IMPLICIT in the database.
The value is expected with IMPLICITE
This causes an error in the login screen.

Desired Behavior

The value for the Flow Type should be expected as IMPLICIT
