Do not display JITL Documentation when job type is changed to "shell"

Current Situation

• A job is created as a JITL job.
• In the Workflows view the job is displayed with a link to the JITL Job Documentation.
• When switching the job's job class to a Shell job, then the JITL Job Documentation is still displayed in the Workflows view.

Desired Behavior

The link to a job documentation in the Workflows view should only be displayed for jobs that are assigned a Job Documentation.
