Description
Current Situation
The API to cancel or suspend orders contains a "dateTo" parameter in its request that is only considered for scheduled orders.
Desired Behaviour
The "dateTo" parameter in the API to cancel or suspend orders is considered for all types of orders with the exception of pending orders.
Pending orders have no start time and are not canceled or suspended if the "dateTo" parameter is specified.
