Extend filter of Workflows using tags in other possible views

Current Situation

• Currently the tags for filtering workflows are available from Workflows view, Daily Plan view and Configuration Inventory view.. Curent filtering by tags is limited to the indicated views.

Desired Behavior

• Tags can be applied to other views also. Tags can be used as a single entity for filtering, everywhere in the JOC Cockpit. The other views include:
  1. Dashboard -> Orders Overview view - filter Orders according to tags in the Orders Overview page
  2. Monitor view - filter notifications according to tags
  3. Inventory - > Notifications view - To send the email notifications according to the tags
  4. History View - filter history
• Use of tags is extended for authorization. Tag level permission settings are made available as an alternative to folder level permissions. Administrators can apply permissionss at tag level, so that a user will have access to objects only that are tagged by the tag the user is permitted to see.
