Editing the worklfow with cycle instruction should not remove cycle period

Current Situation

• When editing the workflow with a cycle instruction the period of the cycle gets deleted.

How to reproduce

• Create a Valid workflow with the cycle instruction.
• Add a try catch to the workflow and remove it.
• The workflow becomes invalid as the cycle period gets removed.

Desired Behavior

• When editing the workflow with a cycle instruction the period of the cycle should not be deleted.
