It should be possible to remove File Order Sources

Current Situation

If a file order source FOS1 that is assigned to workflow W1 and the FOS1 is deleted, then

• there is endless animation in the tree of the Confguration View
• The FOS1 remains in the workflow view of the workflow
• It is displayed there as "Not Synchronised". In some cases it is displayed as "Synchronised".

Desired Behavior

If a file order source FOS1 that is assigned to workflow W1 is deleted, there should be no endless notification and FOS1 should no longer be shown in the workflow view.
