Bulk operation to remove/cancel/submit daily plan orders doesn't work if daily plan settings are changed in between

Current Situation

We assume

• an order is generated in the daily plan with a planned start time after the period begin of the daily plan settings for today and tomorrow
• later the period begin is changed in the daily plan settings after the planned start time of above order
• all orders from today and tomorrow should be removed, canceled or submitted in a bulk operation

Then the above order with the today's planned start time won't be removed, canceled or submitted.

The same effect can occur if the time zone is changed in the daily plan settings.

Desired Behavior

Bulk operation to remove, cancel and submit daily plan orders should work even though the daily plan settings have been changed
