Workflows cannot be deployed if a "Credential Key" is used without "Load User Profile"

Current Situation

• A job specified to run for a different user account on Windows is assigned two settings in the Job Options tab of the Configuration view:
  • Credential Key
  • Load User Profile
• If a "Credential Key" is set, but the "Load User Profile" checkbox is unchecked then the workflow cannot be deployed to the Controller. It raises the error

  BadRequestError: JSON DecodingFailure at .jobs.myJob.executable.withUserProfile: Missing required field
  

Desired Behavior

• A workflow using the above configuration should be deployable.
