Offer bulk operations for Prompt Instructions

Current Situation
When a user wants to manually confirm a Prompt then the user has to perform the following steps:

• Click the Action Menu of the order and confirm the Prompt Instruction.
• If the user wants to confirm a number of Prompts then no bulk operation is available.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like to select more than one Prompt instruction from the Orders Overview and confirm all Prompts from a single operation.
• The same applies to the popup window that displays orders in the Workflows view.
