Operation to "Update Job" should be available without page refresh

Current Situation

• The "Update Job" option is not available after subsequent attempts to update it again.

Steps to reproduce

• In the Configuration view click the Search button to search for workflows.
• Once located, select the specific workflow to make changes. After modifying the workflow, click the Update Jobs button which should be accessible at this stage.
• However, upon subsequent attempts to update it again, the Update Jobs button may not be available. Upon refreshing the page, the Update Job button will become available again.

Desired Behavior

• The Update Job button should be available even after the subsequent attempts, without the need for page refresh.
