It should be possible to remove folders in the Configuration View that contain undeployed workflows

Current Situation

If a folder is to be deleted in the Configuration View, this has no effect in case that the folder contains workflows that are not deployed. The folder disappears briefly and is displayed again after a short time.

Desired Behavior

Deleting folders in the Configuration View should work for undeployed workflows.

Workaround

Execute the "Remove" operation for each workflow folder. If the parent folder no longer contains any objects, it is removed.
or
Deploy the workflow and then remove the folder.
