Job Templates should store the correct Job Type

Current Situation

When changing the job type from JAVA to JITL or vice versa this not considered as a change. The status of the object remains "Released"

When setting the job type to JITL and reopen the Job template, the job type is "JAVA"

It is not possible to create a job template with the job type JITL

Desired Behavior

The job type should be stored correcty.
