The "Show dependencies" API ./api/workflow/dependencies takes too much time

Current Situation

If a user clicks the dependency icon in the Workflows view then the API ./api/workflow/dependencies takes a lot of time to respond if complex dependencies from Notice Boards are in place.

Desired Behavior

The response time of dependency API ./api/workflow/dependencies should be more reasonable for complex dependencies.
