Bulk operation to update jobs from job templates

Current Situation

• The Configuration view offers the operation to update jobs from an individual job template.

Desired Behavior

• In addition, the tree panel should offer the operation "Update jobs" from each "Job Templates" folder individually.
• This performs the bulk operation to update all jobs that make use of a template in the given folder.
• This does not include a change of the API as the functionality is available.
