Assignment of second factor for authentication should offer FIDO and Certificate Identity Services individually

Current Situation

• When an Identity Service is configured with the authentication scheme "Two-Factor" it is possible to assign the second factor an identity service. For this purpose there are two combo boxes.
  • One box should contain all FIDO Identity Services that are configured for use as a second factor.
  • One box should contain all Certificate Identity Services that are configured for the use as a second factor.
• The Certificate Identity Services are not displayed in the correct combo box. Instead both combo boxes contain the FIDO Identity Services

Desired Behavior

• The combo boxes for the assignment of the second factor should contain the correct Identity Services. Especially the combo box for the Certificate Identity Services should contain the Certificate Identity Services only.
