Operation to "Show dependencies" should redirect to related workflow

Current Situation : 

• The "Show dependencies" operation in the Workflows view displays Notice Boards and links to related Workflows. However, the links do not redirect the user to the related Workflows.

Desired Behavior:

• The "Show dependencies" operation should redirect the user to the related Workflows in the Workflows view.
