Offer default values for List Variable items

Current Situation

• List Variables can be declared per workflow.
• List Variable items
  • use the string data type,
  • have to be assigned a value when adding an order.

Desired Behavior

• List Variables can be declared
  • using one of the data types string, number, Boolean,
  • holding default values for items which can be specified from direct input, from list values and from facets (similar to standard variables declared with a workflow).
• If a default value is available for a List Variable item then this value is applied when displaying List Variable's items in a schedule for which the user did not yet specify values for List Variable items.
