Improve performance of the operation to expand workflows in the Workflows view

Current Situation

• In the Workflows view when expanding a workflow that holds a larger number of instructions (ca. 300), then the JOC Cockpit responds very slowly for subsequent operations such as adding orders, expanding and collapsing the workflow instructions. The JOC Cockpit "hangs" and stops responding for seconds.

Desired Behavior

• The operation to expand workflows in the Workflows view should not make JOC Cockpit "hang" and should respond in a timely manner.
