Usability issues in Configuration view

Fixes

• A number of usability issues have been introduced in most recent releases (partly due to a major upgrade of the underlying Angular version):
  1. Using the tab key in the script input field of a Script Include makes the GUI "hang" for a longer time.
  2. Using the tab key in the script input field of a Job Template makes the GUI "hang" for about 60s
  3. Objects are switching to the “draft” status without being changed. This preferably happens for Job Templates and Script Includes
  4. The GUI does not refresh display of assigned Job Resources in the properties window if the user clicks a number of jobs one after the next.
  5. When managing a Job Template the button “Update Jobs” is offered. This makes a popup window appear that shows the list of affected workflows. The list is not sorted.
  6. When specifying a job’s node arguments using the “value editor” then the popup window is broken.
