The Resources/Agent Clusters View is partly visible for Roles without Agent Clusters Permissions

Current Situation

A User with a Role that has the following Permission:

• sos:products:joc_cockpit:process_class:view:status
  but not the permission:
• sos:products:joc_cockpit:jobscheduler_universal_agent:view:status
  is able to view the Resources / Agent Clusters sub-view and tree menu.

They are not able to view any Agent Clusters in the sub-view and are incorrectly shown:

• "My Agent Cluster Jobs" folder is empty

Desired behaviour

Roles without jobscheduler_universal_agent:view Permissions should not allow partial/inaccurate display of the Resources / Agent Clusters view
