In the Configuration->File Transfer view the "Deploy" button should be enabled after changes

Current Situation

The "Deploy" button in the Configuration->File Transfer view is disabled even when a job resource is assigned.

Desired Behavior

The "Deploy" button should be enabled when a job resource is assigned.

Workaround

Set and refresh the value of the assigned job resource. Then the deploy button will be enabled.
