Substituted Schedules are not considered In Order Start Times

Current Situation

• Substituted Schedules (configured in JOE) are incorrectly shown in the Cockpit.
  • (The substitution is shown in JOE with incorrect Valid To and Valid From times but is correctly saved to the file system.)
  • In the JOC Cockpit Resources/Schedules view:
    • the substitution is shown correctly in the Valid From Valid To and Substituted by columns.
    • the substitution is not shown correctly in the Used by Orders and Used by Jobs columns (values are 0).
  • The substitution is not considered in the Next Start Time column in the Orders View or in the Jobs View (for a stand-alone Job). The original (i.e. unsubstituted) start time is shown.
  • In the Resources View it is not clear that the Valid From and Valid To columns refer to Substitutions and not to the schedule itself.

Desired Behaviour

• Schedule substitution should be considered:
  • when calculating the Next Start Time for an Order or a stand alone Job.
  • when determining the values in the Used by Orders and Used by Jobs columns of the Resources/Schedules view.
• The layout of the Resources View table should make the relationship between the Valid From and Valid To columns and Substitutions clear.
